[Plugin: Site Template] Any way to donate or otherwise contribute to development?

Hi, my project is approaching completion so I’m getting ready to donate to all of the plugins in use, and Site Template is a fundamental one. @michael_porter, is there a donation link anywhere? Your effort on this completely deserves our gratitude and support, and I’m happy to pitch in a bit of my project budget for it 🙂
