horizontal images are shrinking

    My horizontal images are shrinking (see here: http://www.asherworldturns.com/hiking-at-griffith-park-observatory/). Vertical photos are fine. How can I move my posts left so there’s enough room for the entire image without shrinkage? The horizontal photos are 800 pixels wide and I’d like to keep them that way, as photography is important to my blog. Right now my single.php margins are set to 0 (as wide as I could get it), and when I change it to negative numbers it doesn’t work.

    Any idea how I can fix my posts so that the photos are not distorted?
