    Hi!

Sorry to hear about your trouble.

The updated wordpress plugin is working fine for us.

We’ve checked all the recent changes and can’t see anything that would cause an issue.

If you’d like to supply us with your wordpress log in details we can investigate your particular install to see if we can find anything causing a problem.

Send your details to support at statcounter dot com and make sure to reference this forum post in your email.

same problem. the counter itself isnt showing either, but the checker on statcounter site said i could find the code

I installed the plugin, activated it, entered my project ID and security code, and checked the installation. Install check said statcounter was installed on my home page, but not any other pages. That’s fine. But I see no statcounter in the footer or header. When I look at the source for the home page I see the statcounter code, but it is inserted at the end of the code, long after the footer division code has been closed. My home page is http://kellyandkellyservices.com.

I am using WP3.3.2, and BuddyPress 1.5.5. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I had the same problem, checker said it could not find, till I uninstall the wp super cache plugin and the checker saw my code and there was no problem anymore. So caching plugins will not work with statcounter

I tested it out with super cache and super cache is not the problem, if you are using super cache, the checker said not seen the code, ignore that one, because it tracks
