Percent symbol added to title Link

My client’s blog has a problem. When I’m viewing a post like this:
http://www.mariebellet.com/motherslog/2012/03/07/visiting-catholic-radio
the link at the top “Stony Lonesome” has a link that includes a “%” at the end. I don’t know why it’s added but it is causing problems, I get a 400 Bad Request.
How do I turn this off?
