[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Info not coming through on emails for a "checkbox-multiple&q

    I have set up a form, but data for one of the fields is not being included in the emails that are being sent.

    It’s a checkbox-multiple field and has these settings:

    Extra field 5
    Label: {inline},Well presented;Poorly presented;Helpful;Waste of time;Too long;Too short;Enjoyable;Poor;Time well spent

    Is there something else I should be setting to ensure that the data is setn?

    Your extra field has all the options but looks like it is missing the actual field label.
    Put something between the inline command and the comma

    Label: {inline}How was the presentation?,Well presented;Poorly presented;Helpful;Waste of time;Too long;Too short;Enjoyable;Poor;Time well spent
