  • On the “settings” page of the dashboard if you goto the “reading” subsection the top portion will allow you to choose your home page and the blog page when using static display for your site. If you want the page that they automatically goto with your main address to be the blog on that same part of the settings page change your front page displays to “your latest post”

Thanks for your reply, but I don’t think it addresses my issue. Let me try to be clearer:
    1. I want ONLY logged-in users to be able to view posts.
    2. Therefore, I have set “Front Page Display” to static page and to a “page” there (not to posts).
    3. This keeps all posts from showing up on the home page (as I want).
    4. But how can a logged-in user get to the posts (which I want to be on a separate page) from the home page?

Thanks bdub. It’s amazing how non-intuitive it is to set up P2 on a page other than home. I spent hours trying complicated theme modifications. It seems easy now that I know how it’s done. Thanks!

Davack, you can accomplish what you want with the Member Access plugin:
