[Plugin: Shibboleth] sanitize_title for user_nicename

There was a topic about this earlier but that is now closed.

The plugin should be using sanitize_title instead of sanitize_name for the user_nicename. This is also what WordPress itself does (for whatever reason) and if you don’t use it, functionality that relies on passing the user_nicename in the URL breaks (e.g. listing author posts in WordPress, or listing user profiles in bbPress).
