Can I allow my users to sort posts by category and tag?

    On the drink recipes page, I’d like to have a way for users to sort by category AND tags. There is a sort set up in the sidebar that is a plugin called ‘Cat + Tag Sort’ but it doesn’t work and I can’t contact the developer.
    Does anyone know of another solution?
