Need help fixing background pic for iPad/Iphone display

    At my test site above I have a problem with the background picture. It looks the way I want it to look in a regular browser. Full picture, one page. When I look at it on an iPad or iPhone and the pic seems to get resized and then needs to repeat vertically so it looks really funky. Any suggestion on how to fix it?
