[Plugin: Login With Ajax] Just stopped working

Hi I just noticed that I cannot log in using “Login With Ajax” widget. It was working just fine before! When I enter the correct username and password it says in red, “Please supply your username and password.”

Any thoughts? Thanks! 🙂
