Seperate Post Entries from Comment Entries, Comments On Own Page

I was wondering if anyone, could help me. I don’t know the degree of difficulty in doing this but, I am trying to take the comments from an entry off that page and put them on their own seperate page.

The idea would that be when you click on the single post, you just see the blog entry and then you could have a link like “Click here to add your comments” then it would load a seperate page with the comment form and the comments on them.

I think I saw this done on another site but, i don’t know how they did it. I was trying but, the code doesn’t work, I need to look like this with mod_rewrite on:

http://www.domain.com/blog-entry/comments/

the last part “/comments/” being the seperate page form the post where comments are shown and posted.

Is this implementable?
