Would love to use this plugin but I need it to be converted to Canadian references and mapping, as in Postal Code instead of ZIP Code, and or anything that refers to the USA only.

I’m in need of a slick tool like this one, mostly a mortgage calculator, but the extra features are also useful, very nice indeed.

I can’t do that since most of the API service providers do not offer Canadian data – no Schools, no Yelp businesses, no Zillow, no Altos, no Trulia information for Canada. I don’t see a point in translating a single calculator to satisfy Canadian market while 90% of the plugin is US only.
