• I am setting up a new site, and I’ve used Thesis OpenHook a million times before. Now I am seeing a parse syntax error at the top of every page when OpenHook is activated. Have already tried deactivating all other plugins. Any other suggestions? Here’s the error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘{‘ in /usr/home/user/public_html/site.com/wp-content/plugins/thesis-openhook/functions.php(582) : eval()’d code on line 10

  • The “eval()’d code” bit indicates that the error is coming from custom code added via the OpenHook panel. One of your code blocks has a misplaced curly brace (“{“) or is perhaps missing a semicolon.
