XML Parsing Error for RSS Feed

    Hello,

    When trying to add my blog to Google Feed Burner, I get this message:

    “XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
    Location: http://www.pastvoices.net/feed/
    Line Number 3, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
    ^”

    Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there an XML file I need to locate?
