Update user role acros multiple databases

    Hello, im managing network of 50 WordPress blogs and i often need to change user role from Subscriber to Author and vicaversa on all 50 blog databases.

    Please can you help me to simplyfy this job?

    Any PHP script to make query, Windows software or anything? (note im amateur and not programmer)

    cPanel, PHPMyAdmin and MySQL used
