Looking for excerpt plugin with a thumbnail on it

On the link above there is a section that says latest articles. I’m trying to find a plugin that does that. So far I found I need to search that I want excerpts of blog posts on a static page.

I like this layout but I don’t want this one to say tags. I want it to be the newest posts.

Anyone have a better idea of what I should search, or know names of good plugins I could use. As always thanks a lot to you and the wordpress community.

Also I like how both have them have the option to be displayed in rows or columns.
