[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Incorrect SEO titles displaying

Hi I’ve recently set up a site and whenever I go to post on Facebook or similar the wrong SEO titles appear and or no image/description.

It’s different for each link I try and display.

I’m unsure what the problem is as I use Yoast on all other sites and it works fine.

I need this working so I can set up RSS feeds and not worry the wrong descriptions are posting out.
