Menu not working in IE

Hi,
I had someone help me to do my menus as I am not really a programmer. Its working great that I can just drag my menus into an area they show up, except I realized now that they work in Firefox and Chrome, but not in IE. I am not sure where to even begin fixing this as I’m not sure what he did in the first place.

Please help.
