[Plugin: WP Social Blogroll] Does plugin offer widget?

    I am interested in buying a theme that has a “fully widgetized homepage”
    I want part of my homepage’s “main content” to consist of this plugin.

    The theme owner told me:
    “my theme can help you accomplish what you describe above assuming those plugins offer widgets that you can drag and drop into the theme’s widget areas of your choice”

    How do I know if this plugin offers a widgets? (sorry if this is obvious, I’m a newbie)
