[Plugin: Slickr Flickr] 1.38 is missing some bits

Thanks Shawn, apologies for this problem, I messed up the release of 1.38 – it was done at short notice in the middle of the night so not my finest moment, sorry

I did release 1.39 a bit later in the day (when fully awake). This should be fine. The default lightbox that is bundled with Slickr Flickr is now a GPL compliant jQuery lightbox port by Warren Krevenski. This should be very similar in both look and functionality to the lightbox that I had originally bundled with Slickr Flickr which was not compliant with the GPL (my mistake).
