  • Hello Mayday,

    Is there any informative message?
    Normally a message should appear.

You can try to reset the install by triggering the following url as an admin user:

    http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wysija_campaigns&wysija-uninstall

If the tables are not installed normally that’s because either the MySQL user setup in you wp-config.php doesn’t have the rights to create tables.
Or that’s because you don’t have the rights to create folders within the wordpress folder : wp-content/uploads.

Anyway try the url I copied you above and if it’s not working, get in touch with us on our support website: http://support.wysija.com

    Cheers,

    Ben

Thanks for the speedy help. Your reset url did the trick. Tables installed and I am able to add new subscribers.

Just for info, before reset, I did get this message when trying to add a new subscriber manually:
WordPress database error: [Table ‘foo__list’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM foo_wysija_list WHERE is_enabled > ‘0’ ORDER BY list_id DESC

This is an established site and other plugins have been installed successfully. I don’t know what happened but all works now.

    Thanks!

Great to hear this worked for you!

Ok I guess We have a few tuning to do on our install so that it works everywhere, one shot!

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Ben
