• Hi!

In my website I’m ordering the pages for the menu_order value ascending. With this plugin, the first element have the order value 0. If I add a new page and doesn’t assign any order value to it, the automatic order value assigned by WordPress is also 0, but this page appears on second position in my website. Do you think how can I make it appear in the first position? If the plugin assigns the number 1 at the first element probably this problem would not exist.

I see that in the list of pages, the “Sort by Order” option of this plugin is ordering the pages for the menu_order and title as I see in the URL /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page&orderby=menu_order+title. This option isn’t interesting for me but do you know if it’s possible to order by menu_order ascending and by the ID descending? I think that it’s not possible in WordPress WP_Query, but it should solve my problem.

    Thank you!

  • I am also looking for a fix for this.

When I sort a page using this plugin, first one on the list gets a menu order number of 0. If I then create a new page, that gets a number 0 by default, but it seems the new page always shows up second on the list. It I add another page without sorting, that will show up third, and so forth. Not quite sure why, but it’s going to keep me from using this on my client site…

Otherwise it’s a great plugin, so I hope this will get fixed soon…

    Thanks
