Website hacked, admin panel all kinds of crazy

Looks like my WordPress site got hacked recently. I am going through the process of cleaning it up. When I logged in the admin panel looked like this: http://i41.tinypic.com/3589dma.png

Not sure what steps I can take to fix this. I tried reinstalling WP 3.3.1 to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated.
