admin popup windows are way too small

Can someone explain why when I try to open the html viewer, or upload images, etc in the admin post window…. The popups are so small and I can’t resize them. So adding a link I can’t see the text boxes needed to type in, or upload images.

Anyways – it’s extremely aggravating because I can’t really use the admin right now without hard coding everything…
