    I got this error messages – on multisite installation

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare woo_tumblog_on_activation() (previously declared in /home/baiaz/public_html/wp-content/themes/dt-chocolate/plugins/woo-tumblog/woo_tumblog.php:93) in /home/baiaz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-tumblog/woo_tumblog.php on line 96
