[Plugin: Subscribe To Comments Reloaded] "replies only" checked by default?

I just discovered the “replies only option”–yay! I was about to switch to another plugin for that very feature. However, I’d like to have “replies only” be checked by default instead of the “all” option. Is there a way I can edit the plugin for this? Otherwise, I’d like to make that feature suggestion. I don’t want to have everyone subscribed to every comment by default, but I would like to have them default to subscribed to their comments. Thank you!
