Suffusion doesn’t come with a “notify” capability. That is plugin territory. You might have had a plugin that you disabled, which took the feature out.
Thanks sayontan for quick reply, But I have not disable any plugin. What I have done is today that I have installed social login plugin and after that these check boxes disappears.
After that I have also disable this plugin but these check boxes not again enable. I don’t duw to which plugin these were there below submit button.

I am using suffusion theme for my wordpress blog newtechworld.net.
Today suddenly the check box in comment section for Notify me of followup comments via e-mail below submit button disappear.
How to enable these check boxes again.
Also if anybody suggest how to enable captcha for comment section.
And how to send comments using Facebook and twitter login. I have check social login plugin, but I don’t want site registration and login , I just want that anybody can post comments using these two social plugin.
Also a light version I required so that it will not affect on site opening time.
