Looking for a Exit bar plugin

    For the life of me I don’t know what they are called and have tried dozens of search variations. What I want is a bar that appears at the top of external sites once the user clicks a link that leaves my site. The bar would be a menu guide for them to return back to my site. Does anyone know of this or what terms I should be searching for?
