Linking blog page in Google results in double page info

    Hello all.

    When I link my blog page in Google+, the result I get is a double page description.
    Google Posting It doesn’t happen when i link to the website itself. My blog site can be seen at: Blog

    I know I’ve probably missed something very simple, but any help in removing this issue would be appreciated.
