Local Time

    Hi
    I have install Local Time plugin but it’s not working. I am using <?php the_time(); ?> in my theme and i have install this plugin and activate it but it is showing time 7:45 PM but my computer local time 4:30 AM. My time is +5 GMT(Pakistan, Karachi) would to please help me out. like may there any other setting needs for this plugin like in wordpress admin area somewhere in setting—->general
