[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] wp-cron not executing via ANY method

My wp-cron.php is NOT executing at all, so I cannot schedule posts to appear on my site. I’ve tried a dozen different methods of running the cronvbia browser, crontab, plugins, etc, and nothing I have tried, works.

This is obviously a huge bug with W3TC that’s not very common according to search results, so can someone, preferrably the dev, explain what I should do to allow my wp-cron to be ran thru crontab without having to change my cache settings?
