How to install wordpress into an existing phpBB forum website?

    I currently have a phpBB forum and I would like to add WordPress to the site. I understand that there is a plugin available to bridge wordpress and phpBB and I plan on using it once my installation is successful. My question is what directory do I need to install WordPress in for the two to work together? A brief outline of the process would be very much appreciated.

    the directory level doesn’t matter as long as its under same domain.

    Thank you arrC… I installed it and enabled it… Then it failed to work and it locked me out and I couldn’t even deactivate it. I had to delete the plugin via ftp. I’ve never been so irritated in my life. I really wanted this thing to work.
