   Where do I add meta tags - in index.php??

   I want to use

   <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="ALL">
   <META NAME="REVISIT-AFTER" CONTENT="3 DAYS">
   <META NAME="RATING" CONTENT="GENERAL">

   etc...

   Do i need to do this or not?? - I'm not sure how the coding works... perhaps someone could look at my site and tell me if i need to add them.

   You would add them to the Header file, depending on your template. However Wordpress does generate some metatags on its own. You can also visit this page for a list of Meta tag plugins:
