Cannot Modify Header Information

    I’m getting this error message on the top of my blog:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/krisdele/public_html/index.php:1) in /home/krisdele/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-greet-box/includes/wp-greet-box.class.php on line 489

    When I get to the admin URL
    http://krisdeleon.com/wp-admin

    I get the following message:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/krisdele/public_html/wp-admin/index.php:1) in /home/krisdele/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 866

    What can I do to solve this issue?
