[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Does not appear to be sending email out … Form is broken

Form is not sending out any email messages. Tested multiple times, upgraded to latest version, updated my Akismet key, still nothing. I did nothing to alter the form itself… just placed the code on my page. That was it.
