    did you already try adding the desired permalink directly in the page editor?

    Try:
    Settings >> Permalink Settings >> Custom Structure

    Paste something like:

    /%post_id%/%postname%/

    Or,

    /%post_id%/%postname%.html

    as desired..

    Yes, the permalink structure you choose works for static Word Press Pages. Something like this for example /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/, would give the date and post name. Since a Page does not have a date, only the Page name will show.

    [edit] But you may have to make changes to the .htaccess. See the link posted in prior replies.

    In which case you could simply specify it in the field above the title.
