How to I restore from a backup?

    I used the WordPress Database Backup plugin to backup my wordpress but now how do i restore it? Im using phpmyadmin 2.6.4 and i cant find anything to restore a backup.

    Just copy and paste the backup into the SQL view.

    It gave me this error :s

    #1064 – You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1’ at line 14

    fixed it, replaced all instances of “‘DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1’ at line 14” with “) TYPE=MyISAM ;”

    i hope this isnt going to cause any problems later on :/
