My sidebar has moved down and across!

    My website is http://www.thisweekinforex.com/website.
    Best I can recollect, i was trying to add a contact form to one of my pages and somehow managed to move and mess up my sidebar locations.
    Instead of being on top right side of page, they are now way down on the bottom left.
    Can somebody help me get them back to their rightful place.
