Author profile and avatar on subscriber email

    The email that my subscribers receive contains the post title with the author name under it and a generic avatar to the left followed by the post content. I have 2 questions regarding this and I was told they can be corrected with a plugin.

    1. When the author name is clicked it goes to a “page not found”. Can I make this link to a page on my site or at least an author profile?

    2. How do I replace the generic avatar with my business logo?
