[Plugin: Twitter Tools] Work with custom post types

This’d be great if it worked with custom post types as well. A site I’m working on uses a custom post type “News” for blog posts. I’m going to have to modify the plugin to get it to work for this site. Easy enough but I’d rather have it as an existing feature in the plugin 🙂
