    I would contact your hosting provider and see if they can restore your site to a previous version, or go through it yourself if you have back up files.

    I have no backup files 🙁 Why would this have happened? I’m on with tech support for my host now btw

    I’m not sure why this would have happened. If no changes were made on your part, then there’s no reason why this should have happened. Hopefully your host can look at log files and clarify what happened.
