• Hi guys

    Nice plugin, well done.

    A few questions before I buy the pro version…

    1) Do any files / code necessary for the plugin (pro version) to work reside on your server? I ask this because I notice in the expirer.php file, some code that references your site: $default_url=”http://www.pageexpirationrobot.com”;

    2) What is the license situation as this is not made clear on your help page. If I buy the full plugin, I want to be sure that I have full access to all the code and I am able to edit and modify it to my needs.

    3) During my test, I set a test page to expire in 2 mins.
    It expired fine, but when I re-opened that test page, I noticed a delay of around 1 second when loading up that expired page. Is this normal? If so, is there any way to eradicate the delay?

    Thanks for your reply.
    Regards Mike

    No answer to my questions?

    Is the plugin author still around?

    Hey Mike – Yes we are around, sorry. We just don’t check this that often. Best way to get in touch with us is via our blog.

    Here are the answers to your questions:

    1) It references our site for license verification. All the files are there.
    2) We would prefer if you didn’t as we obviously can’t guarantee it will still work. And we can no longer support it if you change the code. But if you want to do it you can.
    3) We got the delay down as much as we could and felt that the delay was pretty negligible, so yes that is normal.

    Hi Bill,

    As I didn’t hear back from you I already bought another solution but thanks for your reply.
