import works – only avatars are default – not from fb

@sleeva – first, are these two different issues, or do you believe the “an error occured” is related to the gravatars?

    Do you have debugging enabled?

Does WPBook create a debug file in your wpbook directory?

When you look at the author’s link in the comments list in WP, are they links to Facebook profiles?

Do you have ” Use WPBook Gravatar Globally” checked?

Avatar problem is a regression (bug) introduced in 2.3.4.

You can revert to 2.3.3 or grab the “development” release, or wait for next release (2.3.5, due soon).

Was overly aggressive in trying to fix a bug others were experiencing where avatars were changed even outside the context of comments.

“Use WPBook Gravatar Globally” – checked

Under post, comment’s author links to FB (for example: http://aikidochoszczowka.pl/2012/01/10/shigemi-inagaki-w-zlotowie/)

“Enable WPBook to create a debug file” – checked

    I have got debug file.

First I thought that cron error is global – no avatars, no comments. But now I know, that comments are working. Only avatars not.
