• I’ve been trying to enable dropdown menu’s on my blog. I asked the website where I originally downloaded it from, but garnished no reply. I tracked down the creator and they told me it doesn’t support dropdown menu and to add a superfish one.

However, I’d prefer a simple CSS dropdown and use superfish as a last resort.

I’ve tried a few tutorials that were suggested to me previously from here – to no avail.

Is there such thing as the current menu not being able to have CSS downdowns? Could that be why they suggested SF initially? Or am I just a complete dolt and am missing some step lol

  • I’m only new, so I may be way off here, but I did it by making a custom menu (wordpress, not the theme), and nesting some categories under others to create a drop down. That worked for me, but maybe my theme supported it?

Sorry if you’ve already tried this, but thought it would be worth mentioning just in case 🙂

I don’t even know if my theme supports that lol

It does allow 3.0 menu system but not sure if it can, or how to, activate a simple css drop down onto the existing navbar

Hmm… Im guessing my question makes no sense or there’s no way to tell? lol
