Problem With Custom Theme SEO (for Website)

    Hi Everyone,
    I have a custom theme website(15 pages) running by WordPress 3. Now I would like to do some SEO on my website since it does’nt contain any meta tag!
    Can you please let me know if I can still use the “All in one SEO” for this or not? I mean is it just for bloging or can we use it for Website as well?
    If not, Can you please let me know how I can do this? I was thinking to add the meta tags into the “header.php” file but I this will repeat the same description tag in all different pages!
    I really appreciate your time if you can give me a hint how to fix thi issue?
