   Hello all. I am new to Wp so please bare with me.

   This may not be the right place to get help with my sign up issues so i apologise in advance, but maybe you can kindly direct me in the right direction.

   I recently sign up for a Word Press blog account but i never received an 'account activation' email. I figured it may have been filtered so i changed my email filter settings to low and registered in the support forum group to get some assistance, no luck so far.

   I am very excited to get started but i can't until i get my activation email. Please advise. :/

   Did you sign up over at wordpress.COM? If so, try their support forums at http://wordpress.COM/forums

   Yep, that's where i originally signed up.

   I will post in that forum and hopefully i can have this account activated pronto.

   Nope. I can't even log in because i do not have a password.

   I guess since my blog account is not activated my username 'does not exist', which is the message i get when i tried loggin in. Still when i try to register the name again i get "That blog is currently reserved but may be available in a couple days." This is quite frustrating.

   How can i get in contact with someone from WP directly?

   *sigh* Okay, i signed up using a different username name.

   problem solved.
