[Plugin: Viper's Video Quicktags] Problem adding videos from Discovery Channel, NetGeo and BBC

My blog is related to environment conservation and I have started a video section under a subdomain http://video.environmentabout.com So most of my video sources are not supported by this plugin like Discovery channel, National Geographic, BBC etc..

The theme I have puchased use this plugin to display videos inside the post so I have to add the video using this plugin only. I can’t directly add the embed code in post because it breaks the layout of my theme.

I tried following the instructions of adding flash videos but couldn’t work out. Please suggest me a workaround for these sources.
