How or what would be the best way to optimise how wordpress is using SQl – when i experience highloads our sql server really struggles. ! I am a bit of noob at this

Thanks for feedback – Podz – its a dedicated box with rackspace ! We do run a couple of other sites but none with SQL DB’s. I have disabled our ad server and that seems to have made a difference

Sorry for the double post – I see on the hackers list a mnetion of a caching function – i use 2.02 – how do i acitvate it ?
