displaying image in rss feed

Hi, I am using a few rss feeds from other sources to display stories on my site with the rss widget. I am wondering if there is a way to display a photo from the top story in the feed. This way the first story would have an image and the remaining story titles in the feed would display below it. Is there another plugin for this?
