Permalinks on a subdomain – Not working!

    Hi,

    Fresh install of WordPress 3.3.1.

    Home Dir:

    http://mysite.com/wp

    Site Dir:

    http://wp.mysite.com

    This works without any problem in the default install. Problem is when I setup a permalink structure:

    /%category%/%postname%/

    Then this doesn’t work. Main page, and category pages are working. But when I click on the single post, it doesn’t work. Fails. There’s nothing in the Apache error log.

    Any ideas?
